Smile.

"Sorry to say but muke die muke tak bawak rezeki."

I can't help but to think about this. Could this be the worst thing that one can say about another? Could this be the worst insult? I can say it might be one of since this would be a stab in the heart if it was said about my face.

No. In case you were wondering, the statement wasn't mine or wasn't aimed at me. Was from a colleague aiming at someone of higher authority. As harsh as it may sound, there are some truth. A smile can do wonders really. Just smile. When you smile, good things will come. Unless you look like a chi ko pe then don't but in general, a smile can and will light up the room.

Mums out there always talk about how you are suppose to smile when you're doing something or your work will turn out shit. I get that now. Its heart warming when you are always greeted with a smile. Its impossible that you are always down every single day right? You can't be having your time of the month all the time.

Having said that, i think i should smile more too. I've been told that i have a 'muke bengis'. That comment was a slap in the face but it is the truth. My mum never fail to ask me to smile everytime she see my shitty face frowning even when i am actually not doing it. It is just my face. I can't help it sometimes.

Maybe if i smile more, even more good things will come. Maybe. Let's try!
